We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without providing a reason. In such cases, we will refund the full product price, excluding shipping costs. If your order was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping costs incurred by us may be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and provide a full refund or replacement, including covering any return shipping costs.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, a full refund will be issued regardless of the item's packaging or usage, provided it was not intentionally damaged.
Partial refunds may apply under the following circumstances:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order due to unexpected events, we will contact you via email or telephone to inform you about the process.
Express shipping is free for all orders.
Estimated delivery time with express shipping is 2-5 business days (usually 2 business days) after your order has been processed. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
All taxes are included in the product prices.
Insigne Art is liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. When you receive your order please inspect your item for any damage. If you received your order damaged, file a claim with shipment carrier at the moment of delivery and please contact with our customer support (contact@insigneart.co.uk) and provide us the image of the defect and the packaging boxes. Please do not inform any damages with the item after hanging it to the wall. In this case, since the product will no longer be in its original condition and will not be resellable, we cannot fully refund your purchase.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Our fullfilment operation is fully automated that you have to check the shipping address before you placed your order. If you want to change your shipping address after you placed your order you have to contact us via (contact@insigneart.co.uk) within 24 hours.
If you cannot receive your order due to the wrong information:
You may be refunded %75 of the total amount
You may have your item reshiped by paying the reshipping costs.
You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
For arbitrary returns, 20% restocking fee deduction is applied over the total product price.
You will get full refund if the item has problems regarding quality such as scratches on the print or cracked glass and in case you received wrong item. In order to get full refund, the items must be unused and in the same condition as it is received.
We'll also pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (in case you received an incorrect or defective item). If not, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Under some ciscumstances you may get partial refunds such as:
Failure returning the item in its original package
Failure returning all parts of the product
Please note that we do not fully refund your returns if you placed the wrong size or the wrong item even if you benefited from free shipping, we deduct the shipping costs.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled nor can be returned.
To return your product please contact us via (contact@insigneart.co.uk) and we will provide you our address for returns, if applicable.
